• Nepal has been elected for a two-year term in the 56th plenary meeting of the United Nations General Assembly.
• Along with Nepal, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India and Rwanda have also been selected as troop and police contributors to UN missions.

• इन्हें दो साल की अवधि के लिए राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा परिषद सचिवालय में उप राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। He has been appointed as the Deputy National Security Advisor in the National Security Council Secretariat for a period of two years.

• चंद्रमा मिशन के लिए अमेरिकी वायुसेना के ब्रिगेडिरय जनरल पद के लिए नामित US Air Force Brigadier General nominated for Moon mission
